Summer Camp - Akela Resident Camp
Camp Akela is a weekend program for Tigers, Wolfs, Bears and 1st year Webelos (as of Spring). Cub Scout Resident Camp is an opportunity for Cub Scouts and their adult leadership to spend quality time together working on advancement, enjoying recreational activities and learning about camping. Activities will be age specific based on rank-so a cub can come back to Cub Scout Resident Camp each year, and get a different experience. 1st Year Webelos can stay at camp for an extra night of camping called the Webelos Outpost. Campers sleep in two person canvas tents that are supplied by the camp. Activities at Camp Akela have included pony rides, archery, bb-gun target shooting, swimming in a pool, boating, crafts, nature, and games. Food service is provided in a dining hall. Camp Akela is held at Phillippo Scout Reservation in Cannon Falls, MN.

Summer Camp - Webelos Adventure Days
Webelos Adventure Days (WAD) is a 2 -day, day camp experience dedicated to Webelos advancement and activities. Cost is factored per-day and each day gives the scout the ability to choose which activities they want to do. Day 1 is one of the following: Castaway, Aquanaut, Into the Wood/Into the Wild, Shooting Sports Award, or Bike Trek. Day 2 is either Cast Iron Chef, Webelos Walk-about, Adventure in Science, Canoe Trek, or Climbing.

Summer Camp - Arrow Of Light Camp
For Webelos who were in the 4th grade prior to the summer, this camp is designed specifically for Arrow of Light Scouts to help them transition into the Boy Scout program & give them one last chance to enjoy everything Cub Scout Camp has to offer! Including some activities not offered at any other program! At Navajo, AOL scouts and Adults live in supplied canvas wall tents on wooden platforms with canvas cots. Food is served in a dining hall.

Annual Scout Dues
This is the cost of the Pack 455 Annual Dues for each scout. Annual Dues are discussed and determined at parent committee meetings, based on the current ledger balance of the pack as well as the pack budget. Annual Dues pay for budgeted pack program events and items. In general, camps and fun events are not budgeted. Dues pay for the Academic year from September 1 to August 30. Dues are assessed September 1 and are due by October 31st each year. Included in the dues is Council Registration for April through March of the following year. New members who do not have an active membership in scouts will also need to pay a partial registration fee when they join (which is turned over to the council), as their dues pay for the next April’s registration through the council.

Fall Family Camp - Fred C. Andersen Scout Camp
Located just five miles northeast of Stillwater, Minnesota is Fred C. Andersen Scout Camp. The camp boasts 260 acres along the St. Croix River. Year-round camping, 17 winterized cabins, campsites, and a one-mile trail to a backpacking campsite make this property one of the most active camps. A trading post with snacks, souvenirs, craft items, and Scouting literature is available upon request and ranger's availability. The Andersen-Weekes Tree Farm is a 60-acre site of gently rolling hills, open fields and woodlands perfect for camporees, district events and large groups.

Winter Family Camp - Phillippo Scout Reservation - Reservations Open
Winter Pack Camp surrounds the Saturday 9-3 Polar Camp put on by Northern Star Council. We stay in wood heated cabins and have activities Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday morning. Moonlight sledding is a favorite. Snow shoe geocache? Astronomy?

Polar Cubs - Winter Day Camp - Reservations Open
Some of the activities at Polar Cubs have included snow-tubing, broomball, obstacle course, winter nature activities, crafts, snowshoeing, capture the flag, and snow golf. Webelos have the opportunity to be in a special Webelos program at Polar Cubs, designed just for them to learn about winter survival, animals and outdoor sports. A hot lunch is provided in the camp dining hall for everyone. Scouts and parents will learn how to keep warm and stay dry in the snow and cold.

Spring Family Camp - Phillippo Scout Reservation
Originally called the Cannon River Scout Reservation, the Phillippo Scout Reservation was renamed in 2000 to recognize Ron Phillippo who served as the Council Scout Executive for 22 years. Since its opening in 1964, Phillippo and its 450 acres of rolling fields, wooded campsites and hills overlooking the Cannon River valley has become a destination camp for Cub camping in Northern Star Council.
