Uniform Guide

Lion Cubs
Lion cubs are kindergarten students, ages 5 to 6. Though not a nationally recognized rank yet, it is rolling out to the councils and we are proud to support it. The parent and leader guidebook can be found here. |
Tiger Cubs
Tigers are the 1st grade students, ages 6 to 7. This is a program of exciting indoor and outdoor activities just right for a boy who is in first grade and/or is 7 years old. You are there with him as his support and guide, but you don’t do things for him. He will learn by doing things himself. And as he learns and grows, your relationship with him will grow, too. Wolf Scouts
Wolfs are the 2nd grade students, ages 7 to 8. If you could give only one gift to your son, what would it be? No matter what your family situation, it is within your power to help him grow into a person with a good feeling about himself and a genuine concern for others. Bear Scouts
Bears are the 3rd grade students, ages 8 to 9. The Bear den will involve your son in a group of boys his own age where he can earn recognition for his accomplishments. He will also gain a sense of personal achievement from the skills he learns. Webelos / Arrow of Light
For 4th and 5th gradersThe Cub Scouting Webelos program will open a new world of adventure for your son—a way to learn new skills, enjoy lots of outdoor activities, and most of all, have fun! This parent information section will give you a head start in understanding how the program works, and you’ll learn about the many ways you can help your son and his Webelos den.
