Who We AreWebelos are youth ages 9 to 11 (4th and 5th grade) who are preparing to transition from Cub Scouts to the next level of Scouting. Their goal is to learn how to be more self sufficient with their skills, and learn to live by the Scouting Oath and Law.
In 5th Grade during our Blue and Gold ceremony, Webelos transition to their next adventure: Scouting. The ceremony is put together by the patrols crossing over to their prospective troops (which have been selected over the previous months) and the scouts are received by current youth leadership |
What We DoWebelos are organized into Patrols with Names, not Numbers. These names are selected by the cub scouts who have graduated from the Bear rank and selected the name and theme.
Webelos Patrols meet 2x per month and work on understanding our world and communities with an emphasis on selfless service and helping others. Their adventures include:
